Depends on the policy of different stores. Some can accept VISA if purchased over $300 and some can accept VISA if over $100. It really depends. I don't know whether the forthcoming sakes will be the same as the one in last week. For last week experience, I did find many goods quite cheap and pretty esp. the baby clothes and accessories. I did buy a pretty jacket to my baby girl in Hallmark babies.
