JobDuties

Comply with proceduresto manage RMA orders

Handle client inquiriesin a professional and timely manner

Coordinate withdelivery team for daily delivery and order received

Cooperate with otherteam members to resolve clients’ request and internal inquiries
Requirements
l
Bachelor’s degree orequivalent work experience
l
1-2 year workingexperience in Customer Service / Call Center preferable
l
Good spoken English& Cantonese (preferable Mandarin too)
l
Service-oriented andable to multi-tasking
l
Good interpersonal andcommunication skills, self-driven
l
Hands-on experience inSAP IM and SD modules is greatly favorable
