Restore a file really depends how long time ago you've deleted it. You see, once you've deleted a file, that "space" in the hard drive will become available to other files. So, the longer the time, the more the chance for that "space" (or we call it block) will be occupied by others. Undelete software are using the same approach. So, it's not the problem with the software, its the problem with the file itself.
Therefore, seems to me that there's no way you can't recover the file. Or you may approach some computer stores and they will use professional software to dig out part for the file for you.
