I worked as a volunteer in The Family Planning Association of Hong Kong, I thought it is a caring organization, so I chose this one to do PRE-PREGNANCY CHECK-UP and receive HPV Vaccine without hesitation. And also I waited in line for the HPV for half a year.

The reception told me to come today, with no other notice and I can’t find any information on their website.

When I got there and saw the doctor, I was told I can only receive HPV Vaccine during my period to make sure I am not pregnant, I told her my period just over a few days ago. The doctor said it is acceptable, but do you have sex these days. I said yes. Then she told me to come next month to take the HPV Vaccine. I was so mad, the reception or the website could have posted the information so I would have prepared for that, instead of wasting my time to go the second time. Why would they say anything???

And then I was told that the whole process took half a year. However, I already planned to get pregnant this June. If I receive the HPV Vaccine, which started next month, I have to wait until October to get pregnant. This totally ruins my plan.

Also, I have to say their attitude is terrible, at the reception, I asked her to say something again, I can’t hear clearly because of the mask, so she repeated with very impatient tone. Come on. I don’t own them anything. If they are busy, I pretty sure I must be much busier than they are. Look at their way of working, talking and working slowly at the same time. Sometimes I don’t have time to drink water for half a day. How could they so mean? Just really change my mind of them.

I so regret choosing this organization. Such a waste of time.
