My daughter has a similar case, she is almost 2.5 yrs old. In between the two front upper teeth, there is another one which is smaller size coming out at the back. Therefore, the left front upper tooth is a bit leaning to the side (不整齊).
I asked her paediatrician, he said we can bring her to the dentist when she is older (at least she will open her mouth and let the dentist to examine). As long as it does not affect her eating, nothing we can/will do.
