Have a look at hotel/airline package from Cathay Pacific. They have number of tour package which the airtickets are $0 and you only need to pay the hotel price.
My husband, Erica and I joined them last year to Singapore. It's OK! Total around HK$4xxx including breakfast, and most of them are three days two nights OR four days three nights.
