工人放假, 係米要比$100一日架? [複製鏈接]

工人(菲傭)放假返菲律賓, 係米要比佢$100一日架?
即放兩星期假要另比$1400 佢?

我向份employment contract 見有個terms:

7(b) A daily food and travelling allowance of HK$100 per day shall be paid to the Helper from the date of his/her departure from his/her place of origin until the date of his/her arrival at Hong Kong if the travelling is by the most direct route. The same payment shall be made when the Helper returns to his/her place of origin upon expiry or termination of this contract.

我見其他媽媽係話比$100上路費咋
其實呢條個意思係咪指滿約返歸時你要比$100/day, 由hk出發計到佢返到原居地為止
即係如果佢原居地好遠, 佢要兩日時間先到, 你就要比$200咁呀
