此外,本院亦建議求診者使用「初步檢驗網上預約系統」,於網上付費預約初步口腔檢驗,以減省候籌及排隊繳付到診費的時間。
請注意18歲或以上到訪人士必須接種兩劑新冠疫苗,並於接種第二劑疫苗滿6個月後出示第三劑的接種紀錄。12至17歲人士則至少已接種一劑疫苗,並在接種第一或第二劑疫苗滿6個月後出示已接種第二或第三劑疫苗的證明。
新冠病毒病康復未滿6個月的12歲或以上人士,在出示有關證明文件後,並無額外接種或檢測要求。康復滿6個月而從未接種疫苗或已接種一劑疫苗的12歲或以上人士,則須出示已接種第一或第二劑疫苗的證明。接種第二劑的要求並不適用於接種了一劑復必泰疫苗的12至17歲康復者。
如因健康原因而不適合接種新冠疫苗的人士,則必須提供相關醫生證明書及到訪當日以認可快速抗原測試包檢測的陰性結果照片,才可進入本院。如有關人士從新冠病毒病康復未滿3個月則只須出示該等證明文件。
12歲或以上的求診者未能提供有關證明將不獲診治或檢驗。如求診者為強制檢測公告的指明人士,則必須完成所有指定檢測並取得陰性結果證明,才可獲得本院之服務。基於感染控制目的,每位求診者最多只能帶同一位陪診人士到訪。
所有到訪人士必須遵守本院之感染控制措施,否則會被禁止進入本院。預約時所支付的診症費將不予退還。

To save time, members of the public who intend to seek dental treatment are suggested to use the “Online Initial Examination Booking System” to book an initial examination.
Visitors aged 18 or above must have completed second dose of COVID-19 vaccine and present the proof of the third dose after 6 months from second dose.
Visitors aged 12 to 17 must have completed at least one dose of vaccine, while those who received their first or second dose for 6 months must have taken their second or third dose respectively.
There will be no vaccination and testing requirements for recovered persons aged 12 or above within 6 months from recovery if they can present the relevant proof of recovery or infection.
Recovered persons aged 12 or above after 6 months from recovery will need to receive the first or second dose if they are not vaccinated or received only one dose before infection respectively.
The second dose vaccination requirement is not applicable to recovered persons aged 12 to 17 who received the Comirnaty vaccine as the first dose.
Individuals who are unfit for vaccination due to health reasons must provide relevant proof from a medical practitioner and photographic evidence of a negative result of a recognised RAT taken on the same day before the appointment, with the exception of those recovered from COVID-19 for no more than three months who should provide an official document as proof.
Patients at or above age 12 must provide relevant proof, otherwise treatment or consultation will not be provided.
If patients are specified persons under the Compulsory Testing Notice, they must complete the required testing and obtain negative test result before seeking services from the Hospital.
For infection control purposes, not more than one accompanying person is allowed for each patient visiting the Hospital.
All visitors to the Hospital must strictly comply with our infection control measures or they may be barred from entering and the attendance fee paid will not be refunded.
