Job Description


Responsibilities


- Perform HRA duties such as recruitment & onboard orientation, leave & attendance records, and company activities.
- Provide clerical support including filing and data entry, courier arrangement, office procurement and maintenance etc.
- Prepare attendance weekly reports and other reports as request.
- Handle staff business trip arrangement not limited to accommodation/flights booking and expenses claims
- Assist company events and staffs’ activities
- Ad hoc projects and duties as assigned



Requirement:


- Diploma or above in Human Resources Management / Business Administration or related disciplines
- Minimum 1 – 2 years’ relevant experience
- Proficient PC skill including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Chinese Word Processing
- Data entry and checking of various documents in a professional manner
- Self-motivative, detail oriented, multi-tasks and work under pressure
- Fluency in spoken & written English & Chinese (incl. Mandarin)




Remark:
- Hunghom area
- 5 days work but alternative week on Sat (Full day) Off on weekday (Wed, Thurs, or Fri)
- 09:30 - 18:30 (18:00 Sat)
