跑步減肥係咪小腿會變粗?
我少腿已經好粗,如果係真,我可能要諗吓做第二樣運動

你係唔係跑得好快架?要慢跑小腿先唔會粗,我18歲個年, 係屋企跳繩減肥,雖然都減到,但之後先發覺小腿粗到亞媽都唔認。

因為我跳得太快啦~~~!

我大約30min跑4km咁算唔算慢,我覺得認該唔快掛。我開始咗半個月度,我咪知會唔會粗。但我啲朋友叫我唔好跑步,話對小腿會粗。搞到我唔知跑唔跑好。但係好朋顯,我覺得大腿瘦得快,我唔度都睇到個分別。但係小腿真係無佢辦法

不過我會聽大取大家嘅意見,我會前後拉筋同,跑慢啲。謝謝。希望會有好成績。

speed ok, many people run 5k less than 30 min., I only heard about run uphill may make your 小腿粗.

no啦,我之前上過啲training course,阿sir話做足warm up cool down,跑步係唔會腳粗嘅
因為我地呢啲係for health/keep fit only,都唔會跑得好密/長時間/快,人地真係練跑嗰啲日日跑十個八個鐘就粗
我個人都印證過,keep住跑左兩三年,對腳都無粗過呀

多謝資料,因為我差唔多一個星期跑4﹣5日半個鐘,所以如果真係會粗,真係好擔心㗎。

同埋最主要見到跑步對減肥有成績,所以真係唔想放棄。

我每次做完跑步機都會搽番 Soothing Leg Gel 舒緩小腿同怕變實

Hard to tell, but don't run uphill, and don't eat a lot of protein, because protein help you build muscle.

Not really. Running is cardio exercise, they are good for heart, lung and burning body fat, I have heard that if you are doing cardio exercise in empty stomach, it may lose some of your muscle, but we can not control where.

Yes. Because you don't have enough energy provide to your body, so your body will take the muscle for fuel; once in awhile workout on empty stomach is ok, long term may screw up your metabolism and lose the muscle mass.

I drink plenty of water after workout. Most of the time I eat around one hour after workout, just control the portion, if you are not over eat then you should not gain weight.

I heard some personal trainers eat late dinner before bed, they still not gain a lot of weight, of course, they don't eat heavy dinner; just calories in and calories out.

Most of the time I run in the morning two hours after breakfast, eat after 1 hour afterward. I think I can manage the weight. As for the muscle mass, you have to do weight training to maintain it, once you stop for several weeks, you will started to lose the muscle mass.
