因為我地呢啲係for health/keep fit only,都唔會跑得好密/長時間/快,人地真係練跑嗰啲日日跑十個八個鐘就粗
我個人都印證過,keep住跑左兩三年,對腳都無粗過呀

Yes. Because you don't have enough energy provide to your body, so your body will take the muscle for fuel; once in awhile workout on empty stomach is ok, long term may screw up your metabolism and lose the muscle mass.

I drink plenty of water after workout. Most of the time I eat around one hour after workout, just control the portion, if you are not over eat then you should not gain weight.

Most of the time I run in the morning two hours after breakfast, eat after 1 hour afterward. I think I can manage the weight. As for the muscle mass, you have to do weight training to maintain it, once you stop for several weeks, you will started to lose the muscle mass.
