HKT service disruption (11 June 2024)
We regret to advise that a fibre cable near Jordon and Tsim Sha Tsui was damaged earlier by a third party. Some customers in the affected area may experience temporary issues in accessing our broadband, mobile and Now TV services.
Emergency repair is currently under way. We will provide further updates should new information become available.
Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience caused.
Our team has been working tirelessly to repair the cables damaged by a third party to resume the affected services progressively.
Given the complexity of the repairment required, the work is still on-going. We apologise for the inconvenience caused and appreciate your understanding.
