舊樓係單幢,維修過,新舊舊都普裝.
我唔熟你個頭, 不過單以租樓計.... 唔同人有唔同需要.... 有人會為左平 D 揀 D 差都接受到, 有人令願貴 D 都會租個貴小好 D .... 又有人鐘意方便搭港鐵..... 易唔易租得出都係睇下會否好似我咁講太殘又唔執執先放租同埋, 好睇業主放租價錢, 有人出左個價一豪子都唔減令願係度等一兩個月都無所謂. 其實只要有租客肯租人地同你講價咪係咁易減番多小就已經可以租得出.... 一個唔肯比一個唔肯減咁就會比較耐先租得出.

I live in Quarry Bay... very familiar on East area...
there're too many choice in here... ppl wont like this 42 yrs old building...
unless yr rent is cheap and good revonation...
my friend bought Yen Po Court and rent out 8K... but this is only good luck
my suggestion if u plan to invest is... Tai Lee Building in Quarry Bay...
price around 1.2-1.5m...
rental return rate can be around 5%...

most ppl go rent only consider 3 pt
by priority will be >
1. the price
2. the renovation
3. the transportation
