You can create a new .PST file in outlook, then copy & past or cut & past to the new .PST file, then right click this new file to "offline or unmount" something word. Final, make sure completely close the outlook (or reboot computer), copy the new .PST to USB pen drive drive and past it to the new computer folder and in new computer open outlook than mount it, that's it.
