I have the same questions as you asked.
At present, I try to give kei apple (instant food) daily, about 2 tablespoon. He likes it very very much. He didn't seem to very any discomfort and have normal "ng ng".
In fact, I should give him some juice first.
When I asked the doctor should he eat rice cereal, he said since my boy is a big boy, it's not really necessary. I wonder ...as Kei drink less milk this month la.

Great to meet you here too! You give Kei less milk or he drinks less himself? I plan to give Tim rice cereals after his vaccination in mid Mar.
I just put the bottles in the cooker for sterilization. As I need to store the milk, most bottles go to the freezer already. I bring with me other bottles for storing pumped milk. SO, not many left.
I had not thought of changing the teat to the one with bigger hole size. I wonder if there is any principles to consider changing? FOr instance whether bb is having difficulty in sucking in normal speed?
What utilsels did u buy finally ?
Do we need to sterilize ?
I bought the spoon from Gerber which stated the spoon could not be sterilized, but the spoons are suitable for baby who just learn to eat solid food.

I have only brought a bowl ,a learning spoon and a learning cup (no.2) from Combi. I also brought Pigeon's 研磨器.
I steam-sterilized the bowl and the spoon for a few days. But, now only use hot water to wash it before using. For Pigeon's 研磨器, I won't steam sterilize it.
