I am also using it. The reception is bullshit! The lines are always interrupted.
I have paid some $$ in advance. I asked them if I terminate the contract, can they refund the $$ to me. They said NO.
I told them I don't have "bound" contract. If I switch to other companies, they don't have to provide the service to me. So, why don't give me back the $$. They said it is the company's policy.
