I want my kids to have Montessori training before going to local kindy, that's why we choose IMS. Also, I like their toddler class which is a bilingual class, English & Mandarin. It's hard to tell how she is doing at this stage. I think they will start doing separation for my girl soon, which is a stepping stone for the coming nursery class.
In fact, it is quite different from Local school. They offer 2,3,5 classes per wk. You may call them and ask.
I live in SH too. I did check the 4 schools in SH. Here below is my comments.
Rightmind - seems professional, however, on the ohter hand, quite commercial / hard-selling, very expensive (too me)
Victoria - is a good school, it is quite balance in developing different skills for kids. I joined their playgroups bf in order to "taste" them. Both of their English and Chinese teachers are good.
Good Health - not good as Victoria. However, they have a lot of English teachers. Campus is small. One strong point - they offers a lot of outing to kids.
蒙特梭利國際學校 - is very different from the above 3. It seems offering trainning rather than schooling.
