我個工人介紹佢朋友比我，我覺得幾好，想申請佢過嚟。
請問唔經AGENT得唔得？ 如果經AGENT好似要兩邊比錢 (Phil & HK)?? 請問可以點做？

如係HK找AGENT又點安排？ 因為工人冇錢過唔到嚟，想慳啲AGENT FEE。
好似係菲律賓佢要比過萬agent fee，嚟到HK又要扣幾個月人工咁。
這個係confirmed & will sign contract 工人，咁我要晤要問Agent拿discount la?

It must be compulsory done by the Agency now!

If the new maid referred by your existing maid , then she should know how to process the Application, I cannot quite sure which called named
hire or direct hire.

I tried the Company called EMRY'S AGENCY which
have some offices located in Wanchai and Central;
you should pay around HK$3,500 in total which included all documents fee, Phil Medical fee and one way Air-ticket ( from Manila to H.K.) fee.
The new maid need not to pay anything.

Maybe you try to check the Tel. no. from 1083 and ask the details with Emry's Agency first.
There mostly likely a Phil people Company but sometimes have some staff who can speak
Cantonese if you request.

Thank you..Ladymamalei...your very detials reply.
But, seems $3,500 is too much for me, the usual agency fee is $1,500 only for apply oversea maid.
I think the new maid should afford some charge not nothing. Shall I deduct her salary when she come? and this is illegal?

跟据現時法例,外傭僱主係負責哂佢地來港到職的香港這邊的全部所有費用！唔合法的唔好講唔好做,免俾人告！
