本票的意思是要有該畢錢加埋手續費先至可以叫銀行比張cheque你的. 明未.

I know本票的意思! But I mean when I receive the本票"是否即時有現金還是須入戶口", cause I need use the money !

如果拿去開票銀行應該可以即取現金, 其他銀行應該唔得!

just for the case that u maintain an account same as the cahhier's order issuing bank and request "internal transfer" instead of 'cheque deposit'

即時有現金- YES!

if u want to get the money instantly, u need to TAKE CASH, don't TRANSFER to your account.

e.g., if the cheque issuing bank is BOC, and you have a BOC account, the teller will check if the cheque payor (the person who paid you the chq) has sufficient funds in the account. If yes, please take cash. if u ask them to transfer the money to your BOC account, you cannot get the funds immediately, but on the next day after the chq is cleared (even the account has sufficient funds).

I believe this applies to all banks too.
