週期and 排卵日/期???????

hi all,

Please help!!

how to calculate 週期?
- count from the 1st day of last "m" or the last day of last "m" to the beginning of next "m"???

how to calculate 排卵期?
"通常m倒數14-16日就係排卵日 "
- count from the last day of "m" or the 1st day??

週期 - 經期第1日至下次經期前1日為之一個週期

排卵日 - 約為下次經期前12-14日

thats mean if i know my cycle day is around 35 days,
then i use the next M 1st day to - (12-14days) = egg day?? Is that right?

does it mean i can + 12 or 14 days from the last day of last M????
