唉!!!由上個星期開始泵得好少奶, 己經好窮,全日仲得番6-8oz, 可能係weekend啱啱M到, 再加埋腸胃炎, 疴咗2日,琴日朝早一次泵得2.5oz, 全日都係得4.5oz。今朝仲死成15分鐘要用手都係1oz, 真係喊咗出嚟!!!

真係好灰!!!個女9個半月, 仲有2個半月先1歲, 我見上星期咁少連"增奶丸"都買咗樽食, 唔通要我收工????點好呀??

m到會跌, 腸胃炎會缺水, 身體少左水份當然都會少奶. 唔好灰心. 休息多d, 身體好番自然會多d奶啦.

我同你一樣，呢幾日第一次嚟m (阿仔今個禮拜四個月大)，我已經窮，而家窮上加窮，阿仔食到發脾氣；上個星期六走去買多奶丸都無乜起色~

以前lunch最叻有5.5oz，而家新底去到3oz。阿仔食奶粉已經食緊6oz啦~ 我心情灰爆，成日同自己講:算啦，有幾多食幾多啦……

出個post其實都係想講吓, 令自己壓力細D, 睇吓支持既說話, 見有咁多己經開心咗好多！

我今日雖然又少過琴日, 但我會試吓係公司泵多一次(平時泵3次), 返工前同放工後餵完再泵，睇吓會唔會好D!!我唔會咁容放棄, 都餵咗9個月無理唔餵埋落去!!!

你都唔好放棄!!!雖然窮但係積少成多!!我個女都試係5個幾月食到發脾氣, 我唯有再俾佢食, 或者用手必D奶入佢口引佢再啜, 有時得架!!!到你仔仔開始食固體你會回到氣又多D奶儲佢!!!

It works on me quite well. I tried this when my baby was about 4 weeks old. It increased my milk supply (though my baby still needed to feed 1 time formula each day). I took for about 2 months then stop coz I don't want to take it for too long. My milk supply was quite constant after that. Until later when I was too busy to pump the milk (I am a fully pump mom) my milk supply dropped to only 16-18 oz per day (used to be 25 -30 oz). Last week I start to take the Domperidone again, and my milk supply increased to 25 oz per day! and also the 谷奶 feel is back again....!!

and I have an interesting finding - I used to buy the Domperidone in phramacy which costs about HK$2 per pc or $27 per box (20 pcs). But last week when I bought in mannings, the guy suggested me to buy the "original" one, which is more expensive ($87.5 for 25 pcs). I was lazy to walk around so I bought it. But I found that it works very efficiently when compared with the old ones. I used to take 8 pcs per day as suggested by the articles. But now I only need to take 4 pcs which I can still get the good result.

According to the mannings guy, the loose ones or some other medicines stating that they contain "Domperidone 10mg" in phramacy are "Copy" ones, coz the royality of the medicine is expired.

The "original" one I bought is " Motilium 10mg Domperidone. I think "Janssen-Cilag" is the name of the supplier. If you want to buy, you can check w/ the mannings (or Watson's which I guess they also have) people.

Though my advice is this should not be a very good way to increased the milk supply, coz the Domperidone is a medicine. However if youreally feel very hopeless, and you still want to continue the breastfeeding, it's worth trying.

If you have a family doctor, you can also consult him/her if you consider to take the medicine.

Thanks so much for your info. I read all the articles in both links. It should be safe and effective according your expirence and also it suggested by Dr. Newman. I bought the "More milk Speical Blend" last week since I was so desperate. Unfortunately got sick on the next day so can't tell if it's work or not. It is much more expensive than the "domperidone". I started to take again this morning. It says that it should be showing the result in 48 hours so I am waiting for the result.

"Motilium 10mg Domperidone" by "Janssen-Cilag" is the one you bought from "Manning". I am going to check it out next week if the "more milk speical blend" doesn't have good result. Hopefully I don't need to take it as I should try to pump more and let baby sucks more to increase milk supply. I think to take supplement and medicine will be the last step to do. However, now I am really really so desperate to have more milk supply. BTW, how long did it take to have result the first time you took? was it like the articles mentioned in 1 or 2 days? or more?

Cross my fingers and hope will have a good result and really thanks so much for your greatful info. and expeirence.

I will update all the wonderful Mums in here later on my state. I love you all.

I follow some of her methods, including the Domperidone 10mg.

The first time when I took it (when the baby was 4 weeks old), I was also taking the More Milk Plus and Nonichai. I cannot tell exactly if the Domperidone 10mg is very efficient. But I am quite sure that it works after 3-4 days when I took it.

But this time when I took it (the "original" one), I didn't take any other supplements but it worked in 1 - 2 days and the result is good.

of course you still need to drink water and soup as much as possible. and take more rest.

add oil and hope to hear the good news from you!

The result is a bit better after taking "more milk speical blend" for a week. I was able to pump 6-6.5 oz in office hour. So I bought the Domperidone 10mg yesterday from Manning and started to take it today. I will take 8 for a couple of days and see the result. It cost about $90 per pack and each with 25 tabs. Hopefully I will get some result in 1-2 days.

你食邊隻多奶丸, 我食nonichai的nursing mothers都ok架, 可以keep到奶量, 夠bb每日3-4餐奶, bb每餐食180ml. 呢隻多奶丸只係可以keep住, 但無增加奶量囉
