My maid would come in end of May, and by the time I hired the maid, my agent said she already told the maid that she only entitle one day holiday every month, the maid also accepted. The agent said even if I don't want to let her go on holiday, I could just pay her. Just want to know is this work? What should I do to protect myself? Pls. advise.
my maid already came Hk for 5 months , she is very clear , she said she don't want to go out for holiday , (may be she want money)i hear that i m very happy , because when i on off at home , i have the maid to help me , and i also have a dog and cat and one daughter , fish ,plants and wu kwei , mant things to do on every day , if she no holiday leave , i will pay her back money and can relax on my holiday , no need to do household !!i i also afraid she go to causeway on holiday , then learn bad to come home !she is no moible phone , no money , because her salary after return to the agent , then she said she no need to buy things and keep all in my hand , the wait for finish return to agency , she will all send back to her mon , (need money of her family )!!
