你呢D叫申請移民，唔係入籍。

入籍的意思係身居海外，但可以直接向當地加拿大領事館申請成為加拿大公民。

你老公應該要自己申請移民了, 因為佢已婚, 亦相信你老公已過18歲, 所以不可以由在那邊入咗籍的家人申請sponsor佢移民

除非(touchwood)樓主家姐有咩事, 例如病重, 需要家人照顧, 果邊又無人無物, 就有機會以家庭團聚為理由申請過去, 我以前有個同事係咁, 過左21歲都可以過去.

如果老公已經係加拿大入籍, 但回流香港多年, 女兒在香港出世, 女兒可否因此入籍

而家海外公民子女入藉改左制。要睇你老公的STATUS係邊種公民。

如果你老公係自己當年跟住父母一起移民過去或於當地出世，咁你的小朋友可以向香港加拿大領事館直接申請入藉。

但如果你老公唔係加拿大出世，只係因為父母係加藉而自動入籍的話，咁你的小朋友就一定要返果邊生才可入籍啦！

即係要辦理移民先可以入加拿大, 咁咪要係加拿大長住.....。
請問有冇人知, 申請移民要咩資格、資產既條件呀? 駛唔駛計分之類?

如果你係移民，咁一定有三幾年要係果邊住架啦，而家偷渡返嚟都無咁易啦。哈哈！

你可以入去加拿大媽媽會睇，果邊會多d資料。

I asked the Consulate when the rule changed 2 year ago. As an immigrant who got 入籍msyself, my son can automatically get status even if he is born in HK, but my grandchildren's generation has to return to Canada to live in order to get it.

there are diff categories and a points system (for details, call the Canadian Consulate in HK): experienced worker in certain industries have higher marks, businessman bringing in money has jobs has higher marks too. Higher education is better, at least u grad.

You have to live in Canada 3 years out of 4 and pass a test to get the citizenship card.

But as I know, there is also a new rule that your kids have to live in Canada for some time in future before certain age or else they will lose their citizenship status.

想請問小朋友入籍後, 應該申請加拿大護照定係香港特區護照? 若他日返加拿大係持香港特區護照有無問題? 會唔會問話呢?

No, see my first post. I got my citizenship by immigration. After the rules changed a few years ago, my son born in HK can still automatically get citizenship. But my grandchildren will have to go back before 18 to get it.

You kid born in HK but also with Candian status has a right to apply for passport both in HK and Canada (Canadian Consulate at Exchange Square). If the kid does not apply for Canadian passport and uses HK passport, he/she will be treated as a normal tourist and cannot stay very long. For details, ask the consulate.

我就兩個都有攞,因無香港passport唔可以申請回鄉証!而有又無加拿大passport申請唔到入台証,佢話要出生地嘅passport先可以喎!
