I always just marinate pork and leave it overnight in my fridge and put it into the oven the next day. No need to cook!
e.g. Char Siu, Pork Neck, spare ribs....
very easy....
all you do is to wash & dry the meat, then put the sauce e.g. char Siu sauce onto the meat & leave it into the fridge.
also I cook pork chop (with tomato sauce) rice, very easy. You need to fry some rice, then put into a bowl / dish, then fry the pork chop & cut them into pieces & put onto the rice. Then chop the tomatos & onion and cook a sauce & put onto the pork chop. Then cover the bowl / dish and put it into the oven for 10-15mins! very easy!
