everybody skin type is different so it is hard to compare which specific brand is good or not.
I had been using fancl for 5 years (which was the only brand suitable for my skin).
then I have changed to Haba for a few months...and I can see significant effect (more moisturizing) on my skin.
DHC facial scrub is good also! so it really depends on your skin type.
