For the mama who plans to give your maid the rules/regulation and work schedule, be carefule.
I've just fired my Bun Bun and she "媽" 住left, so I called police and she complained too much workload and showed 「工作要求/指引」to Police. As adviced from police, this kind of work schedule / rules may cause back effect to employer when the termination case go to court because the Judge has written docs to evaluate the workload. Today I've just checked this point with some other agencies, they also agree this kind of docs are not recommended.
The police already comment my schedule is a bit harsh but my schedule is just woke up at 7:00am and she can rest after 9:00pm after cleaning all dishes, and has 1 to 1:30 mins lunch time of her own!
So I took the police advice, re-collected all rules/schedule that given to the bun before she left, just hope that she didn't make copies of her own!

I also give one to my bun bun,
but her copy don't have any signature.
Only my copy with her signature.
I don't worry about it cos it's only a guideline

My version even no date, time, place, name and signiture, if the police said so, then it's better keep an eye on this issue low.
As advice from the agency, just if, for the worse case, if the judge ask whether you give this kind of doc, how will you say? if No, then it's lying, "發假誓",刑事woow! does it worth?
So I don't know, maybe in future, I'll try to avoid any black and white docs given to her, maybe will ask her to draft one for herself la. Then I can say it's none of my business because it's not my writting!

Work Schedule 只是每日要做既野 (洗衫、清潔、執屋、接放學、燙衫...), 全部基本野, 只要合情合理 (我自己做過哂, 一定可以完成), 有咩好驚
