I highly recomment Julia Gabriel playgroup, I sent my bb there "Forum branch" last year. they can sing and dance... that is quite funny and happy.

Royce kids is for playing only (no teacher to teach) but my 2 boys loves to go there to play.

There are a few free playgroup. Check St Georges church at Dempsey and Mops group at IBC church.

Very organized. Both of my kids loved the playgroups.
