If you are holding hk passport, you will be able to stay in the phillippines for about 1 week or 10 days(depends on the custom). If you want to stay longer, you can apply for the visa once you've arrived in the phillippines and it takes few days up to one week to process (you can always ask for short cut if you know how to get contact with the ppl who's working at the visa department and pay them, it would be much faster, you can get your visa probably less than 2 days)

I finally got thur the line of the consulat. They told valid for 59 nights. I am not really sure. Anyway, I will go in person next week.
