what is your budget and area needed, 2 bathrooms or one. Your requirements are too vague.

Rent can range from $12000 for 600sq ft for non-estate buildings on side streets to over $22K for famous estates (800-900sq ft).

Our budget is around 12 - 14K, 1 bathroom is needed. No need to be famous area but the building area must be clean and near MTR.

With your budget, there are many 單幢樓available. 600 sq ft, 1 bathroom. If you want 3 rooms with that budget, the building will be over 20 years old. Try side streets near MTR stations and older 單幢樓.

You need not go to an agent. But this website give you an idea of the rental range:
