My Indo maid is now taking computer and cookery courses there.
I know that there are often people in Causeway Bay soliciting business re such courses at private centres at slightly cheaper fees, but tell your maid to beware, because the centres usually close after a short time before the maids finish their course(s) and the organizers run away with the $$.
I don't think there are courses specifically for DH on weekdays, mainly because less DH can take leave on weekdays.
You may wish to let your DH attend cookery courses at TownGas, quite good.
My Indo DH also took cookery lessons at 方太when she was working for her former employer, so she says she can cook for a banquet (sharks fin, etc). (Of no use to me, but at least she knows how to do it.) So did an ex-Filipino DH of mine.
