I bought a fridge, 2 air con and 1 washing machine thru them for over 2 years. No problem at all. All are Japanese or European brands made in China, no Chinese brand made in China.
But I had bad experiences buying wooden furniture from them. Paid the deposit and then no stock for 1.5 months. One time, bed size was wrong (too short) and they dared suggest cutting my new mattress smaller for free!!! I refused, so my son had no bed to sleep in for 3 weeks after we moved.
Those $99 fans in any shop (incl supermarkets) last only 1-2 years.
