請問冷氣機石屎台內的去水喉塞咗由業主還是管理處負責(私人屋苑)?請人通喉要多少錢?我試過揷咗條5,6呎長粗電線入去都唔得。請幫幫忙!

Don't do it by yourself, rather call Mgt. ofc for details/information. To my understanding, the pipe is part of external wall and should be Estate Mgt's responsibility for repairing work.
