book church first. Even 6 months in advance may not be early enough. Book restaurant at least 6 months in advance. For govt, 3-4 months is good , but better book earlier cause everyone wants good dates.
My relative announced she is going to marry around Feb this year. Cannot get a church in Nov. Has to ask favours. Now she has to marry in Church on one day and have the wedding banquet the next day. Cannot get the same day.
Always book early.
For the govt, u can get the man and woman's name and ID info , then apply on the net. Of course, they both have to show up to sign the applicaiton in person, tho not necessarily together.
