611半歲人仔慶端陽-活動檢討 (請各位媽咪俾D意見!)

昨日真係好開心, 可以係端午節一次過見到甘多個同齡既精靈bb同埋網上既朋友! 可惜, 因為時間所限, 未能同所有媽咪& BB傾計,實在太可惜啦!

首先多謝大家既參與. 原本我初時提議搞聚會時, 只係諗著小形(約40人), 點知反應非常踴躍 - 不過因為場地所限, 未能俾所有想參加的member參與, 真係遺憾! 希望未能參加的member唔好介意!

我地３個(我, WSWM & Josephing)都係新搞手, 所以覺得很多方面都未能做到盡善盡美, 希望大家多多包涵! 其實, 從籌備到舉行活動, 我地體會到種種困難與障礙- e.g. 尋找理想場地, 聯絡, 人手, 財政 ….. 幸好有一班義工媽媽, 義工爹地．無左佢地幫手，我地３個真係未必應付得來 – 所以佢地真係功不可沒, 我要向佢地一一致謝! 今次雖然大家都花了唔少時間同精神, 但從中亦學左唔少野, 最重要可以為BB & members 做點事, 辛苦D也是值得! 唔知參與既義工媽媽, 義工爹地有冇同感?

如果大家繼續支持既話，我地３個都願意繼續搞下一次１歲更具模既大形生日會，希望俾多ｄ會員參加 (約100人)． 正如當初成立這個會曾經講過 – 好希望個club會持續性運作,成為一個永久性既support group, 陪伴住BB成長.

所以特地開這個新topic 檢討611既活動, 請各位媽咪俾D意見, 等我地可以改善! 讚彈都得ga!

Thank you very much for all your arrangements (food, games, even so many souvenirs!). It's really a very good gathering. Maybe, next time we could have more time for sharing (彼此交談, 更加認識.)

所有攪手同埋義工,

真的衷心感謝及欣賞你們的付出，令到我地有一個歡樂而精彩嘅下午，沒有你們的付出，我相信我們不能由網上朋友變成真正嘅朋友，所以不得不give you 5。

我覺得樣樣都做得好好，但如果真係要比意見，就係:如果地方大啲可以park到張BB車則較好，因為可放BB在車上睡覺。

十分之滿意呀! 不過好抱憾我老公無去到, 攪到我都無同其他bb影相, 不過好彩有d義公daddy幫手, 等我bb都有得留下美好回憶.

the party is fantastic! i am sure that everyone enjoyed a lot. thanks for volunteer moms' effort and all other participants' support. the whole arrangement has been very efficient and the quality is very high!!!

as an evaluation, i think that there is room for us to improve in these areas:
1. venue a little bit too small
2. no time for closer discussions and sharing
3. distribution of sponsor gifts quite unorganised (my responsibility ne )
4. seating plan not very well communicated

Dear Noel & moms,

Thanks for your comments and support!

1. Next time we will certainly find a bigger venue to accomodate more members and BBs. Especially when most BBs can walk by that time, they require more space to move around.
2. It is a pity that we were running out of time and there was not enough time for chatting and photo-taking with moms and lovely BBs. I think we need at least 3.5 hours for the function next time.
3. You have already done a good job in getting so many sponsers. I think everyone is satisfied with the gifts.
4. The seating plan was disturbed since the hotel suddenly changed the seating arrangement themselves. I think the situation can be improved if there is a larger venues with standard tables.
5. To be fair to members who live in Kowloon, I intend to hold the next gathering in Kowloon side.
