My new bun bun worked for me about 1.5 months. Yesterday, she was off and I bought a water melon home. I tried to find a container in the kitchen cabinet (which I have many different size of plastic, microwave and lunch boxes) to keep the water melon after I cut it into pieces. To my surprise, I can’t find one. There were 3 large plastic containers in the kitchen cabinet which I took them out but they were all occupied by my bun bun’s own snacks. I was so angry at that time. You know, she has also put in her own bottle of water and sometimes a bottle of orange juice into the fridge without asking me. A small ziploc of candy in the freezer as well! I find her also keeps some empty bottles and plastic lunch boxes in my kitchen cabinets.
Last night, I told her that I don’t mind of her keeping own snacks in the kitchen but not too much and not to keep it everywhere in the kitchen. I have also told her that “please ask me if you want to borrow my containers in the future”. “If you want to keep the empty bottles or lunch boxes, do not keep too many, only 1 or 2 and please keep it inside the lower cabinet.”
Do you think I’m correct to tell her in such a way? If you were me, what will you do?
This afternoon, I called back home and asked her whether she has cleaned up her own snacks in the kitchen and told her that I will check it when I return home tonight.
