What you need is reset. Hold the reset button for about 5 - 15 seconds. Notice power light blinks while holding the reset. Then test your default username and password.
If above can't resolve your problem, applies 30/30/30.
- Remove all cables (except power cable) from your router
- Press and hold reset button for 30 secs.
Without releasing the reset button, remove the power cord.
- Hold the reset button for another 30 sec.
- Reconnect the power cord (you may need someone to help you on this one) while holding the reset.
- Hold the reset for another 30 sec.
- Release the reset button for 10 sec
- Remove power cord for another 10 sec and then reconnect it.
