請問各位現在歐州法例，產品在德國註冊，是否全歐盟受保護？或要每個國家也要註冊？

Under the Bern Convention, copyright does not require registration to get protection. Some countries do have procedure to register "copyrighted material" (eg the US), but even without registration, your work will be protrected.

What "product" do you have?

Are you taking about design or patent instead?

Sorry, not fully understand your point.

What I refer to is the design of a product. If the copyright of that product is registered in Germany, does it also have protection in other European countries e.g. France/Italy or it just applt to Germany?

There are different types of "intellectual property". Mainly "trademark", "copyright", "patent" and "design".

版權 is copyright. That is the rights for things like songs, movies, books, photos, etc.

Because you asked about 版權 in your original topic/message, I told you that you do not exactly need registration for copyright.

Design is "外觀設計". Now you mention a design, it is something very different.

Refer to this website and see which of the four intellectual property you need protection. http://www.ipd.gov.hk/chi/home.htm

This is a Hong Kong website but would give you good idea what protection you need. You need to identify whether it is a "design" or "patent", which might require very different registration process.

Design and patent registration is something extremely complicated. You need to have kept a very good record of the process of the development of your creative work.

By Hague Agreement, you can register with the WIPO or one of the "contracting country" to get protection in all contracting countries.
