if u use the yellow one, it will happen like this. it seems that it becomes smaller and smaller after each time of sterilization. The milk will leak when the baby is sucking.
You must change to white colour. It does not has the problems that u mention. But u need to sterilize for a few more times, because this make the tilt becoming softener that the baby can suck easily.
