want to ask how to calculate the leave and day off

My maid was came to my house since 9/8/2003. She was paid on 8th on every month. Now her contract was completed and we will not renew another contract. She want to leave on 24/7/2005 + 14 days leave by cash. She was permitted to stay in HK until 6/8/2005 stated in her visa.

Do I need to give her extra 2 day off before she left, since there are 2 sundays falling onto the 14 days leave?

Is that I neccessary provide accommodation in my house or paid the accommodation fee to agency during the 14 days leave period?

1. Yes, you need to give her extra 2 day off.

2. It is necessary to provide accommodation in your house because the employment contract is still effective (i.e. you are still her employer) during the 14 day leave period.
