Please dont use Hilda KAN (E-075841) who is from MILD EASE PROPERTY LIMITED (C-016488).

She didnt mention a word before and during the purchase about the building renovation of Manner Court on 14-16 Ho Man Tin Street, of which the resolution has been passed in May 2010.

Only is my laywer being informed by the management office of Manner Court by letter on 16 December 2010 about such matter.

We saw and viewed the apartment on 11 November, and signed on 13 November. The formal agreement was done on 26 November. None of the words of the upcoming renovation have been mentioned either by the agent and the vendor.

She is very dishonest and hides the fact.

If we know the building is to be refurnished, we would not make the decision. (We gave up the deal for the apartment in Chun Man Court due to the buildin renovation - Fact is that I am pregnant and the newborn will be affected with the environment...)

Now the trouble is the vendor is not very willing to be responsibe for the fee even though their lawyer believes it should be of their responsibilty, and should cost at least at 80K. (The agent and the vendor proposed to settle us at 20K....)

Anyway, dont use and dont trust this property broker - Hilda Kan (E-075481).
