I ask my maid to leave immediately after she told me 3 times,
"I want to work with you (because she doesn't want to pay one month in lieu of notice) but if you don't like me, it's up to you lah".
I just smiled and told her. Okay, you can pack now. And she was out of my home within 30 minutes.
But after that, I am still waiting for another maid and I need to work as a maid before the other come.
:-(
I think I should have been more tolerant and wait till the next came before fire her.
