I am entering to the beginning of the 2nd-trimester now... and I am having a little bit of constipation. Many have suggested to drink a 五青汁 daily, so I would like to ask for some opinions about this.
Does this work? Have you tried this? Or what other suggestion do you have?

I don't think you should drink this 五青汁 because it does contain something that we shouldn't touch (i.e. 苦瓜)
I think it is more common to drink Plum Juice (西梅汁). I am at my 3rd trimester now and I had the same problem which the plum juice helps. I didn't drink it daily (although ppl suggest so) but I had it like every other day.....

I used to have serious constipation. Since I'm preg, I drink two boxes of skimmed milk (hi cal, No fat) from Diary Farm for bb. Surprisingly, it solves my constipation too!
