Would you select a maid whose height is 4.11" (150 cm)????
I have found a maid whose meets all my requirement except for her height. My husband said she is too short to do the housework such as cleaning window and upper cupboard, just wonder if any mum employ maid at this height??? any problem???

My first maid was nearly 4"8', but at this moment I would still comment her as my best maid. I don't think that height is the major problem, provided she has a positive attitude towards her work and has a kind heart to the kids.

height doesn't matter ga. My maid is less than 150 cm, and she's not problem doing housework and taking care of my bb. i think she's capable of doing all that's required.

Thanks all for sharing.
The reason of my concern is the maid may have to climb up and down to do the cleaning and she may not be strong enough to carry baby when he reach the age of 1.5- 2.5 year old.
Anyway, I think I will have a try and hire this maid since her English is excellent even a high school level and she is experienced with new born.
