for Foscam surveillance Pro that i downloaded from iphone4 apps, ,i entered the address as 192.168.0.234 for camera server,and for the port, i entered 6000.

For the username and password i used them similar to the one what i keyed in to my computer which works ok on computer.
after keying in necessary info, BLACK SCREEN was shown, under mosaic, there's a rectangular bar with a "question mark" icon showing., same us on the section of PICTURE.. Under CONTROL, still the same,but at the bottom, there's a grey sort of bright moon.

How come it's working well on my computer at the same time i'm testing it using my iphone 4 but doesnt work on iphone. which part have i done wrong? kindly please advise!

even for safari, i have tried to get in using 192.168.0.123 , 192.168.0.123:6000, also "http://abcd1234.homeip.net",
"http://abcd1234.homeip.net:6000", but all these options didnt work. Can anyone tell me ?

firewall?plug-in, like Flash Player, Java?

thanks for your advice. i did http://xxxxx.dyndns.org:6000 as well for SAFARI, but it says, my port is restricted. i'm very frustrated with all these coz i bought iphone just to see my baby at home when i'm away. now,it seems useless as it's not working at all :(

You can't use the ip:192.168.xxx.xxx in internet,because this ip only for intranet,you need use the domain(example:http://xxxxx.dyndns.org),but some models can't use the default domain.

no i didnt do that.HOw should i perform that ar? i'm using foscam

但係我去apple買左Foscam surveillance Pro, 曾經係屋企用iphone wifi睇係work架, 但宜家返工就睇唔到, 一直loading係show個黑色的畫面, 之後又有個問號, 請問可以點解決呢?

你係屋企用WIFI緊係睇到啦﹐因為你IPHONE個時係用緊屋企個WIFI﹐即係IPHONE 同個IPCAM係同一個網絡裡面﹐所以你係屋企就用到﹐而你個IPCAM個IP係192.168.xxx.xx, 呢個只係內聯網的IP﹐所以你部IPHONE唔用屋企WIFI時就睇唔到個IPCAM﹐因為大家唔係同一個網絡。至於點先係街可以用到﹐主要係要將你IPCAM個IP變成可以和互聯網溝通的IP就可以﹐至於點SET﹐我諗解識你聽都未必識整﹐最好揾人幫你SET
