Agree that her attriude is go worser and worser. So, I just thinking whether to fire her now or wait until contract end. However, I am afraid that the new comer is worser than her.

I always think like you before, scare of getting another maid will be worse than the present one, so I kept the maid but end up causing me a lot of problem. Yesterday my yan yan told me that there are a lot of internet center for them to stay for whole holiday. Normally yan yan will chat with boy friend / net friend on internet. Many yan yan have a lot of boy friends, from all the places, like US, UK, Australia, Pakistan, etc. And, my yan yan also said that when she goes to street, sometimes those Pakistan man talks to her and wants to make friend with her. Luckily my yan yan is a honest and quiet girl and she has a boyfriend in Indo, so she never answer them. She said some Yan Yan stays at HK for many years and do not want to go back home. HK has many amusement. And some Yan Yan has problem with her own family, so they do not want to go back home. I asked her how many % of Yan Yan are hardworking one who want to earn money for the future? She said around 50% and the other 50% like to have fun, spend money, meet boy friends...
Last night I talked to her and explain that we only want to find a maid with "clean & tidness" but not beautiful & sexy girl. We warn her not to spend money to buy new clothes, cosmetics, perfumes. I will treat this as a first warning if she didn't hear I will fire her.
