Because my case are 4 helpers within 14 mths.
The 1st helper terminate by us because of she came from oversea and very stupid to make everthing dangerous.
The 2nd is local with 5 experience in HK and she don't like to take care new born baby on day time. So, she gave me 1 mth notice.
The 3rd is local with unfinishing contract and she said her sister at hospital so that request delate 1 day. Also, missing on the 1st day working and without any notice. Agency contact her few times and she reply very upset. Request one more day to take a rest. So, we reply the agency told her no need to come for working.
The 4th helper is good now but we waiting 2-3 mths fr oversea with 2 yrs HK working experience. Now, I will apply one more helper at the end of year because of one more baby will be coming and apply her sister from oversea with 6 yrs HK experience before.
