My hubby's PR will be expired in 2014. He only stays in OZ for 3 months. & we dont have any plan to move back at this stage. (he doesnt wanna move back). Is it possible for him to renew the PR once it is expired? PS> Me & My sons are OZ citizen. If my hubby gave up his PR this time, can he get the PR in the future when we returns? Big headache~~~

Excatly the same case for me but my son was born in HK last year, I also want to know how to renew my PR as it will expird in mid-2013................

曾查詢移民局，reply - 若家屬有人於批visa內五年期間已取得citizen，餘下家屬可再續五年期visa, 到hk領事問，有成功個案！

咁取得 citizen 嘅家人要唔要 stay in Oz during the application for extention of PR?

When your PR is granted, it should be OK if your hubby is not staying in OZ. For safety, you better keep all evidences to show your relationship is still maintained. Of cos, if you have child/children, the child is the best evidence.
