Dear sisters please help...
I have a gold bracelet from Just Gold, a gift from a friend in 1998. Through the years it has broken and they always repair, no problem. But today, I brought it in for repair and they won't take, saying they need the original receipt. What? My friend bought over 10 yrs ago, no receipt la! He also changed phone numbers and I don't remember his old number back then. But I said I took this in for repair around 2 yrs ago, no problem. They asked me the EXACT DATE that I repaired it. Of course I don't remember, so they say they will not help me, will not repair. WHAT! It has your logo on it! They say will not help me.
What am I suppose to do? Take it to Chow Tai Fook??!! Am so angry!!
