I encountered similar case when my bb was around 4 months old. The max record of not having poo poo was 5 days. Nurses at the Health Clinic said it's normal for totally bf baby 'cos they nearly absorb any single bit of the milk and end up having not too much to dispose of. So make sure his condition is ok e.g. drink well, sleep well, remain active... then it'll be ok if he poos once every a couple of days.
