I've just booked a room in Oct(weekday). When you make the reservation through the hotline, choose ENGLISH. I've been waitng for more than 40mins at the first time but there's still no answer! However, when I dialed again and chose English, they replied in just 5 mins!!!

You have to provide your credit card number and names of the guests.
They said that actually you can drop off your luggages and check in at 9:00a.m. Rooms will not be available until 3:00p.m. They will reserve the park tickets for you. Check-out time is 11:00a.m.
