婆婆發現工人打女兒，我也問過小女，但苦無證據．．．

要賠 1 個月才可即日炒，實在無理由！

用 1 個月通知期我又唔敢。。。

有什麼方法才可即日炒，唔洗賠 1 個月？
如果同一日俾 2 封警告信，再即時炒，可以嗎？

call police----> police will interview your daughter-----> then interview your maid
------>if police prove your maid hit your daughter, she goes to jail

-------> if police fail to prove , your maid goes free.

how old is your daughter? if your daughter is in young age, cannot talk,cannot express herself,police will arrange an expert/doctor to talk to your daughter, and since this is an abuse case, u need to take your daughter to hospital for examination, to see if there any physical evidences.

so...........................

They're 3 & 5.
One day she shaked the clothes and hurt my younger one's eyes. Next day she hit my elder one's 'pat pat'...

No physical evidence cuz they're both lucky, not physically badly hurt.
I've checked with both, the maid did that! I think about police report, but there's no physical evidence.... that's too hard to prove.

Currently I didn't express my preparation to fire her as I'm afraid she'll hit them again...

Can I give 2 warning letter and fire her at the same day?

沒有證據也可報警的警察會找兒童專家問你孩子的事情經過如果專家確實真有其事警察會拘捕你傭人

當然有證據就省事很多不一定體傷例如instant cam

IF I WERE YOU , CALL POLICE, at LEAST 備案,
即炒唔賠 , I will tell the maid the reason for her being fired without 1 month payment.

Even your maid compain to the labor department , you can also show the 備案 matter.

Dun be afraid , the truth is on your side ma!

無論你出幾多封警告信,炒佢嘅時候都要比1個月通知或者1個月代通知金架,警告信係用嚟如果布1日比工人告嘅時候用嚟support自己,話比個官聽工人有幾差嘅文件.
你呢個情況我會選擇報警,等警察幫我搵證據拉個賤人.

我們都以為，很努力去做，就可以做好一件事。但原來我們是很用力地，去做錯一件事。

I'm waiting for my c6 coming back and I'll bring the kids to grandma home first.

But if the police can't get enough evidence, I still hv to pay, right?
